I. Confronting my cyberbully, 13 years later

TW: bullying, thoughts of suicide.

Imagine, if you will, marking off your calendar days and seeing a reminder to throw yourself off a bridge. Every. Single. Day. Now imagine talking to the person who may have set those reminders for you, 13 years later.

I don’t know what I would have felt if my 16-year-old self had known that in ten years, I would be checking Amanda’s wedding pictures on her photographer’s website.

II. so update

In case you were wondering where Kabuso, the Shibe behind doge, is right now. Herein: long words about memes and why they’re just so gosh darn popular. And in case you weren’t convinced Matter was worth reading, here’s a story about Marine Todd, the all-American copypasta figure that punched out atheist Muslim professor. You know that story. Don’t act like you haven’t seen it on Facebook.

III. twets

IV: The U.S. saves nukes, just in case there are asteroids hurtling to kill all of us

It’s Star Wars all over again.

V: It’s The Sponge. You Love The Sponge.

Clickhole is, again, the voice of our generation.

VI: Another take on pedophilia

The other take being that pedophilia should be treated as a disorder and not a crime. Here’s a longer story that’s worth reading, on a group of pedophiles that have never acted on their desires and very much want to be a part of society while holding back this part of their identity that would likely rip them from it.

VII: traxxxxxx: Fiona Coyne – Saint Pepsi

Came for the gig name (IT’S SAINT PEPSI, BITCH), stayed for the good vibes.
